Shipping & Replacement Policy
Shipping
We dispatch from our factory within 7 days and deliver across India. Freight is charged extra as per the delivery location and is shown before you pay. Every order includes a GST invoice and tracking details.
10-day replacement
If a product arrives with a manufacturing fault or is damaged in transit, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will check the details and replace the product at no cost.
No returns or refunds
We do not accept returns and do not give refunds on delivered products. Fire extinguishers are sealed, pressurised products, so a fault or transit damage is covered by replacement, as described above. Products without a fault cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
Every extinguisher also carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the invoice date.
